Well, we want to say shalom. God bless you, everyone. Welcome to the Bible classes of the Holy Scriptures in Israel, where we study the Word of God from a first century Hebrew messianic perspective. And we are enjoying together the study of the book of Romans right now. In this session, with the help of the Lord, we will conclude with the first chapter of the book of Romans. So let's pray together and read the last verses of Romans chapter 1. Glory and the honor and in the name of Yeshua HaMashiach we ask it Amen Amen well beloved friends dear brothers and sisters we have arrived to Romans chapter 1 and we are now at the last verses of Romans chapter 1 actually we are at the last four verses there Romans chapter 1 and verses actually the five verses 28 29 30 31 and 32 hopefully you have your Bible with you please open your Bibles and let me read these verses Romans 1 verse 28 and even this is what Shaul Paul is saying as he's writing to the Roman believers he's saying to them concerning the condition of humanity of mankind he says and even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient or not fitting, being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness, full of envy, murderer, debate, deceit, malignity, whisperers, backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, without understanding, covenant breakers, without natural affection.

Verse 32 who knowing the judgment of God the day which commits such things are worthy of death not only do the same but have pleasure in them that do them and here I'm stopping beloved brothers and sisters with the reading of these five verses to remind ourselves that we are studying the book of Romans letter that Shaul Paul wrote to the Roman believers in the city of Rome even though he did not see them he sent them this important letter in order that they will grasp the truth this amazing truth of God's great salvation the righteousness of God God had provided righteousness for those that will trust in the and in the work of our Lord Yeshua Jesus the Messiah and so as we are learning from this book of Romans you remember i just want to remind you that the five s's that we have in the whole book of Romans so we don't forget that the five s's that we have very clearly presented here in the study of the book of Roman sin salvation.

Sanctification sovereignty and service all have sinned and come short of the glory of God all are in the need of the salvation that God provided for mankind through Yeshua HaMashiach through the Lord Jesus the Messiah all believers need to be sanctified day by day as they walk with the Lord although they are redeemed and forgiven but the need of sanctification in the life of the believers sovereignty in relationship to his earthly people the people of Israel he's intending to restore the nation of Israel back to himself in a future day so Israel's past Israel's present and Israel's future is presented under the headline of the sovereignty of God in Romans 9 10 and 11 and ultimately beloved brothers and sisters and dear friends the service the fifth s the service.

Of the saints of God who are called to serve God, to serve Yeshua, to serve the Lord Jesus, to serve the people of God. What a blessing it is to take part in the service of God. So sin, salvation, sanctification, sovereignty, and service. And we are here in chapter 1, right in the foundation, the fact that all men are guilty before God and in this section of chapter 1 verses 18 to 32 of this chapter the apostle Paul presents before the Romans the fact that the pagan nations are guilty before God as also later on in the second chapter he will show that it's not only the pagan world but the moral so-called moral world is guilty before God and even the religious world the religious from among the nation of Israel are guilty before God ultimately all are guilty before God because all of us have sinned and come short of the glory of God and the section that we're in right now is in Romans 1 verse 18 to 32 specifically dealing with.

The fact that the pagan nations of the world who worship idols and turn away from God they are guilty before a holy and a righteous God and so if you go back to our chapter here in Roman chapter 1 as we are heading towards the end of the chapter we have already covered up to verse 27 and we are reminded beloved brothers and sisters that Paul before he resent the guilt of the pagan world he did not neglect to mention in verses 16 and 17 of Roman chapter 1 for i am not ashamed of the gospel of Mashiach the gospel of the Messiah for the gospel of Christ for it is the power of God unto salvation to everyone that.

In verse 17 for therein in this gospel in this message of the grace of God in this body of truth that the Messiah came from heaven that he entered into this world and he lived the perfect life his name is Yeshua Jesus that he died on a Roman cross he was buried and he rose again for our justification for therein in this body of truth the righteousness of God is revealed from faith unto faith as it is and he's quoting Habakkuk chapter 2 and verse 4 the just shall live by faith and from here on verse 18 to the end of chapter 1 he presents beloved brothers and sisters and dear friend the universal guilt of the pagan nations world and he's presenting a few things about them he says in verse 18 for the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men who hold the truth in unrighteousness mankind among the pagan nations of the world suppress the truth hold down the truth.

Reject the truth he's as it says here from for he says he's holding down the truth in unrighteousness and so in this list he continue on and verses 18 to 20 men who knew God turn away from God in verses 21 to 23 which we have also covered mankind who knew God did not glorify God. And then thirdly, mankind who knew God changed the truth into a lie. That's where we ended in our previous message on Romans chapter 1 where we have arrived to verse 27. Now let me just read something that I think is important as we are heading now towards these last verses. In actuality, beloved brothers and sisters, in verses 18 to 32, we learn some facts about the condition of mankind.

The first thing we learn that mankind, because of the fall of man, through his disobedience to God, all mankind are by nature in an awful state of sin and degradation. You remember what we read already in Genesis 6 and verse 5 that God have declared concerning the human race he saw remember that Genesis chapter 6 we do read i want to read that verse we read in verse 5 and God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart is only evil continually In Hebrew the word continually is kol hayom. Two Hebrew words. Kol hayom. All the day.

24 hours a day. 60 minutes in an hour. 60 seconds in a minute. All the day. Kol hayom. This is the condition. This is your condition and mine. Because we have inherited the same nature of Adam when Adam violated the word of God. And then, beloved brothers and sisters, because of the condition of man, we have all inherited this sin nature. And we have also, we will get to this, but in chapter 5 and verse 12 we read, Wherefore, as by one man sin enter into the world, and death by sin, and so death pass upon all men, for that all have sinned. Short of the glory of God. And this is all of us, the whole human race, Jews and Gentiles, male and female, boys and girls from every people, tongues and nation.

We have all inherited a sin nature that we have inherited when Adam have sinned in the Garden of Eden and God had to chasten him out of the Garden. And Adam's sons, Adam's children, inherited his nature, sinful nature, and saw us all. As David had said, "In sin did my mother conceive me." Secondly, because of mankind's sinful state of condition, rebellion against God, in holding the truth of God in unrighteousness, mankind brought and still bringing upon themselves the condemnations of God. As we will read if you notice we have already read in chapter 1 and verse 24 there at the end wherefore God also gave them up.

Verse 26 for this cause God gave them up. Verse 28 which we have just began to read. Mind beloved brothers and sisters what happened because of the sin nature that we all have inherited God gave men over why because they did not want to retain God in their knowledge men by nature when I say men it is mankind male and female people descendants of Adam and Eve we have all by nature, God gave up, in other words, mankind to his own ways. That's why we see what's going on in a world in which we live in today, which we are part of. And it is only the grace of God that brought us to himself and saved us when we come to a point in our life that we say, God, be merciful to me as sinner.

And so the first thing, it is man's fault. When Adam violated God's word secondly because mankind's sinful state and continuing in rebellion God had to give him over to give mankind over into all kind of lifestyle that we have already listed here earlier in our verses but even more notice that because mankind is left to themselves without restraining of God mankind will only grow worse and worse in their willful sin being filled with all the list of the sins that we are going to just look at them in a few moments in verses 29 30 and 31 if mankind is left to themselves there is nothing that can stop them from delving further downwards into sin and ultimately into eternal judgment.

If mankind continues on and not turning to God, there is no possibility to do any changes but to get further and further and further from God. List that is just about we are just about to read it is a list that shows us the condition of the human race no wonder beloved brothers and sisters and dear friend it was necessary for God to send his only begotten son the Messiah himself down to this world because there was no other solution there was no other way that there would be any possibility for one to receive forgiveness of sins that's why God had to send his only son to this world, the Messiah of Israel and the Savior of this world.

Listen to this. Because of the ruined condition of mankind, his love for sin and sin's power over them, we read at the end of this chapter, and I'll read this verse, the last verse, verse 32, where it says, who knowing the judgment of God, Notice this, beloved brothers and sisters. Power over them what we read who knowing the judgment of God the day which commit such things are worthy of death not only do the same Romans 1 and verse 32 but have pleasure in them that do them from this we learn a few things we learn first of all that mankind have an inner knowledge from God of the reality of sin.

Secondly, mankind have this conscience that God hates sin and that he must judge and punish sin. Men know that, people know it, and yet they continue on in their own way. Mankind comes to the point where they condone and approve of sin. And then continue on in rejoicing in their sins and their sins of others. Beloved brothers and sisters, this is so important to see this, to understand it, because oftentimes someone might say, well, I'm not that bad. I'm okay. I haven't done this, that, or the other. I'm not like others. But what we learn here from Romans chapter 1, especially in these last verses of this first chapter, that the whole nations of the world, the pagan world, the nations of the world, all are coming under the guilt as before the living God.

And that's why when we looked at verses 18 to 27, we pointed to the fact or i should say Paul pointed to the fact that when no when man knew God he turned away willfully turning away from God let's remind me of cain of Genesis chapter 4 when God said to caim where is abel your brother remember after he murdered his brother hevel. Says am I my brother's keeper and because he rejected God's ways of salvation he refused to bring a sacrifice a blood atonement he brought his own works and God refused him he was angry with God and he turned away from God and God appealed to him he says Cain where are you and God offered him he says sin offering is laying at the door just take it and offer it and you will be accepted but Cain turned away from God and beloved brothers and sisters and dear friends we never read that Cain ever turned back to God he turned his back on God and refused God's offer of turning of accepting him and coming back him refuse God and that's why we read beloved brothers and sisters men by nature mankind by nature turn away from God verses 18 19 and 20.

Mankind verses 21 to 23 knowing God did not glorify God but glorified himself they became fools vain in their imagination the men changed the glory. Of God into an image and we find out that the the human race had turned away from the Lord and then we have already looked at verse 24 to 27 when men knew God they they changed the truth into a lie you remember we read verse 24 wherefore God also gave them over into uncleanness through the lust of their own hearts to dishonor their own bodies between themselves who changed the truth of God listen into a lie worshiped and served the creature more than the creator who is blessed forever Amen for this cause verse 26 God gave them up into vile affection for even their women did change their natural use into that which is against nature and likewise also the man laying And it is very interesting that the apostle highlights here a homosexuality.

Which is not fitting. And we have already read the verses that were already presented before us in the book of Genesis, in the book of Leviticus, in the book of Deuteronomy, where God is the one that commended his people of Israel to avoid this kind of lifestyle because it was not fitting. Verses 28 to 32, the final point of this chapter, beloved brothers and sisters, is that mankind who knows God became depraved in their mind. And listen to this. We read in verse 28, God they don't want to return to retain God this is what we are by nature we don't want to retain God because when we retain God in our knowledge when we keep in our mind that we are accountable to a living God then it will stop us from doing certain things that we shouldn't do but what we learn here that the human race in general did not want to retain God because when we realize that we have an accountability to a living God, we stop to go in a wrong direction.

We realize that we need God's help to go in the right way, to live a life that is pleasing for the Creator. But notice that. They do things which are not, as it says here in verse 28. Not convenient or not fitting not fitting the apostle Paul is saying that word here for fitting is in the Greek is k-a-t-h-e-k-o it's mentioned twice in the new testament in Hebrew is it is it is it is something that one just simply don't do In fact, it is mentioned, if you turn back to the book of Acts, chapter 22, Acts chapter 22, and there verse 22, it's mentioned, interesting, in relationship to the apostle Paul, they said concerning him in Acts 22 and verse 22, voices and said away with such a fellow from the earth listen for it is not fit here's the same word for it is not fit that he should live in other words because he have presented the fact that he believed in the person of our Lord Jesus the Messiah those that that rejected the messiahship.

Of Yeshua of Jesus said it is not fitting for him to remain alive here we have the same word is used in Romans chapter 1 and verse 28 which are not convenient which are not fitting what happened beloved brothers and sisters that a human race who knew God who knew of God became depraved in their mind And therefore they began to do things that are just not fitting. Things, and you notice this, the previous verses had to do with sexual activity that was not fitting. It was not allowed by God, not given by God, not ordained by God. God gave, he created male and a female. He created Chava for Adam.

And when the world turned away from God, when the human race turned away from God, notice that one of the first things that's happening is the sexual immorality. Let me continue now in the next verses, and there is a list, a long list of about 23, some look at 23, 24, a list of activities verses 20 20 29 30 and 31 23 or so specific sins that i mentioned here in Romans chapter 1 verse 29 30 and 31 let me read them to you being filled with notice that all unrighteousness fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness, full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity, whisperers, backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, You see that list, beloved brothers and sisters, that we have here, a list that the apostle Paul, presenting here before the Romans, emphasizing the consequence of what men.

By nature, mankind does by nature. They did not like to retain God in their knowledge. So what we do, what mankind does, they do not want to retain God. And so things creep in into one's life. And because of this, God gave them over to a reprobate mind. Well, if you want to carry on in such a way, I'll let you go. Let's see. What will happen and you notice that to a reprobate mind to do those things which are not fitting when you think of this list of 23 or so a list of sins that are committed by mankind because of our sin nature we see that list unrighteousness wicked and evil; a fornication, adultery and infidelity; wickedness, sin, a profound evil; covetousness, a greedy desire of worldly gain; maliciousness, a desire to cause harm or revenge.

Anger. And then we read of full of envy, full of murder, angry and willing to hurt. Opposing, full of debate is opposing and arguing. Full of deceit, dishonest, false and lying. Full of malignity, this is an ill will, desire to harm. Whisperers, this is gossip and secret tellers. Backbiters, slandering one another, untrustworthy, haters of God, this is spiritually corrupted and rejecting God, despiteful, motivated to hurt, proud, opinionated and arrogant. And then as we continue on with this list that we have before us, after proud boasters, beggars and showing and then inventors of evil things wicked immoral and sinful and then disobedient to parents this is individualism and and just simply desiring our own way and then without understanding meaningless and ignoring the things of God and then as we have here without.

Understanding covenant breakers without natural affection you know careless and lacking love for others and you know covenant breakers as we just have before the spiritually sick you know opposing the rules of God and implacable and unforgiving and stubborn and unmerciful at the end it is the one that are heartless and harsh and without pity and when you think of this list beloved brothers and sisters this is a list that describe us all by nature, because we are all by nature guilty before God. And that's why the apostle Paul gave us this list that is existing here in verse 29, 30, and 31. And as we read this list, and we can see that we, even as believers, we can see things such as envy, and debating, opposing others, deceit, backbiters.

All these, some of the things that are still, we see it in our own hearts, even as believers who receive the forgiveness of God, we can see that this is a struggle that we are going through with every day of our life. This is the sin nature that we have. That provided for us the Messiah the Lord Jesus that died for these sins of ours the same nature and the sins that we commit if he haven't died and was buried and rose again for our justification where would we be and you know i reading this list i want you to turn with me for a moment to the book of Timothy when Paul wrote this letter he was writing this letter concerning the world the unregenerated world which we by nature came from we are part of it by nature but we are saved we are washed by the blood of the lamb but Paul also wrote to Timothy later on in his epistle to Timothy encouraged by Paul to visit various assemblies of believers and to encourage them to continue on to follow the Lord Jesus the Messiah.

But you notice Paul said to Timothy in 2 Timothy, listen to this, in chapter 3, 2 Timothy chapter 3, Paul is now not writing anymore about the world. Unregenerated world but he's writing about condition that will prevail in the hearts of the people of God and specifically in the last days it's not limited to the last days but it is specifically in relationship to the last days and and this is not in the world now it's within the the professing church In Christendom, he said in 2 Timothy 3, truthbreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, traitors, heady, high-minded, lovers of pleasure more than lovers of God, listen to this, having the form of godliness, having the form of godliness, but denying the power thereof.

Turn away, Timothy. Timothy, I want to tell you that in the last days, there will be this time in church history, we might say, among the professing people of God. There will be a condition that will prevail, that will be very much similar to the world in which we live in. And then you give him that list. And you'll see that that list, we find in 2 Timothy chapter 3 in the first few verses there up to verses 2 3 and 4 and 5 you can see how true it is and why because it comes out of our hearts because we although we have a new nature a divine nature we still have this old sin nature which is depraved.

A nature that made it necessary for the Messiah to come from heaven and to go to the shameful cross to die for our sin and sins. And that's why elsewhere for the believers the Apostle Paul has to say walk in the power of the Spirit of God and then you will be able not to fulfill the lust of the flesh. Galatians 5 and verse 16. And there he tells them also what is the works of the flesh versus the fruit of the Holy Spirit of God. But that is the condition of the human heart. That's why, beloved brothers and sisters and dear friends, it was necessary for God the Son to enter into this world and to take union humanity with his divine nature and as a holy man to pay for the sin of this world us on the shameful cross.

That's the gospel. That's why Paul said in Romans 1 and verse 16, for I am not ashamed of the gospel of the Messiah. For it is the power of God unto salvation to everyone that believeth, to the Jew first and also unto the Gentile, unto the Greek. For therein the righteousness of God is revealed from faith unto faith as it is written the just shall live by faith now please turn with me to the gospel of Mark in Mark chapter 1 chapter 7 Yeshua said in verse 20 21 22 and 23 Mark chapter 7 verse 20 the Lord Jesus the Messiah. And he said, "That which cometh out of man is defiling a man. For from within, out of the heart of man proceeds evil thoughts, adulteries, fornication, murders, thefts, covetousness, wickedness, deceit, lasciviousness, an evil eye, blasphemy, pride, foolishness.

All these evil things come from within and defile the man. You see, beloved brothers and sisters and dear friends, we have a sin nature. From God and have gone in his her own way what happened what we have learned God gave them over and when God gave them over you want to do your own thing let's see where it will lead you to and so we do read in Romans 1 and verse 28 God gave them over by the way this is the third time that in we have this expression, God gave them up, God gave them over. It's found in three verses here in Romans 1, verse 24, verse 26, verse 28.

Wherefore God gave them up to uncleanness through the lust of their own hearts, to dishonor their own bodies between themselves. Cause God gave them up unto vile affection for even their women did change their natural youth into that which is against nature and men as well in verse 27 and then verse 28 and even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge God gave them over to a reprobate mind to do those things which are not fitting. And so here we have that list. The list that is found 23 or 24, we might say, activities that come out of our hearts. No wonder David, the king of Israel, said in sin did my mother conceive me.

No wonder Isaiah, Yeshayahu said, Woe is me, for I am a man of unclean lips, and I dwell in the midst of a people with unclean lips, for mine eyes have seen the king. No wonder Shimon Petro said, Depart from me, for I am a sinful man, he said to the Lord. No wonder Shaul Paul said, No wonder Shlomo said there is not one man that is upon the face of this earth that is just, that is righteous, doing good and sinneth not. No wonder, beloved brothers and sisters, it was King David that said in Psalm 14, I want to read this verse in the first verses of Psalm 14, that God looks from above.

Verse 1: "The fool said in his heart, there is no God. They are corrupt. They have done abominable works. There is none that do his good. The Lord looked down from heaven upon the children of men to see if there were any that did understand and seek God." And listen to the conclusion. They are all gone aside. They are all together they become filthy. There is none that doeth good, no, not one. No, not you. No, not me. No, not one. They are all workers of iniquity. That's why, beloved brothers and sisters, it was necessary for the Messiah to come, for the Delivered, the Redeemer, His name is Yeshua, Jesus, who came to redeem mankind.

And so Paul in Romans chapter 1, and as we are drawing on towards the end of this chapter, in verse 28, mankind do things which are not fitting. Verse 29, 30 and 31, mankind is filled with these 23, 24 specific sins. Recorded before us in these three verses in the book of Romans and elsewhere. And although you and I are forgiven and are saved because we have come to know the Lord Jesus the Messiah, yet we must say that we see how the same nature of ours constantly seeking its own way. And unless the Holy Spirit of God will draw us to follow after the law to be occupied with him this all sin nature hasn't changed that's why we needed to receive a new nature a new life through the person of the Lord Jesus the Messiah and so in verse 32 and this is the last verse here in our chapter mankind have pleasure in doing these things these sins But not only that.

What we learn here, they are even having pleasure in those that do that. As it says in verse 32, who knowing the judgment of God, knowing that God will have to judge it. The day which commits such things are worthy of death. That already came from Shaul Paul knowing the Torah. In the law God condemned these sins and he, because of that, he pronounced death. And not only death, the physical death here, but those who reject the way of salvation will die. Death means separation. They will die eternally. The wages of sin is death, not only physical death and spiritual death, but eternal death, So you see what he's saying as he concludes the subject of the sins of the pagan world?

He says: "Those that know the judgment of God, the day which commits such things are worthy of death, not only do these things, but have pleasure in them that do them." what we learn from this is that the human nature finds pleasure in those that live this kind of lifestyle. That's the human nature. That's our nature. That's the sin nature. And so what we learn here, beloved brothers and sisters, is that Paul is presenting before the readers, before you and I. The true condition of the human race. Who will lift them up? Who will take us all out of this condition? How can we rise up about this?

We can't on our own. That's why we needed the forgiveness of the Messiah, of the Lord Jesus. That's why we needed the help of the Holy Spirit of God to help us. That's why we need him day by day live here in this world well just some points to conclude here that we learn here about this portion of Scripture the first thing just to mention that there is a ample knowledge about God here in this world no one can say I didn't know this about God you remember what we did read earlier in our chapter that God revealed himself to mankind in both ways outwardly by creation and inwardly in the conscience you remember we read in verse 18 for the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men who hold the truth in unrighteousness because.

Verse 19, that which may be known of God is manifest in them, they have conscience. For God has showed this unto them, for the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things which are made, even his eternal power and Godhead, so they are without excuse. Will be able to stand before God and say, God, I did not know that I am accountable to the living God. I did not know. Well, both creation and conscience shows all people that there is a living God to whom we are all accountable. Wherever we live here in this world, whatever nation we come from, can clearly see from creation and know because of the conscience that God had given to us that there is a living God that we are accountable to.

Secondly, men only move downwards when he turn away from God. Men only move downwards, not upwards. Sometimes people think that they are improving every year, every a certain time that they are mankind has improved himself while we have improved our knowledge about technology and many things that man has advanced getting to the moon flying an airplane having cell phones ability to genius the human race is. Because God gave him the ability to do so. Yet, according to verse 21, because when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful, but they became vain in their imagination, and their foolish heart was darkened. You notice, it's not upward, morally or spiritually, because when someone rejecting God, he or she will never go upward, never improve on their moral.

They will always be ultimately going downward. According to verses 24, 26, and 28, the third thing we learn here in conclusion is that God do and will punish sin. To do it one way or another sin will be punished remember what we read verse 24 verse 24 says wherefore God also gave them up verse 26 for this cause God gave them up verse 28 God gave them over to reprobate mine oftentimes we think well look God doesn't do anything. Look what's going on in this world we might say and God doesn't judge the world. People continue on in their own way but beloved brothers and sisters by continuing on in their own way the judgment of God has already been pronounced upon them, upon us all if we turn away from the Lord.

The judgment of God has already been laid down upon this world. In the world murderers wars and conflict and haters and and all the things that are going on in the world in which we live in this world what's going on today look at the conflict and the sadness think about the families breaking down the relationship are breaking down this is the judgment of God when we turn away from him And so we do read that God gave them over three times. God gave them up. God gave them up. God gave them over. This is the judgment of God. There is yet a final judgment that is coming, but the judgment of God.

You know, I think of the story of the prodigal son in Luke chapter 15, where we read of the prodigal son. That wanted to do his own thing. And he turned away from his father, from his family, and he went away. And he experienced what is it like to live away from God? What is it like to live away from his family, his father? And he find himself further and further and further and further, not in a better way, wasting his life. Broken down eventually he became poor ending up in the pig pen eating pigs food until he came unto himself until he realized i i have been so blessed in my father's house and i've turned away from him and he said i will rise up i will go unto my father and i will tell him father i have sinned before you and before heaven one of your servants but his father he didn't want him as a servant he wanted his son and he took him back and you remember he gave him a ring on his finger he gave him a garment he gave him shoes he gave him he killed the the fattest calf and he received him that's what God wants but one has to come to realize that.

His or her condition and turn back to God. We're also learning here in verse 19 that man's conscience bear witness to him. As we have already mentioned in verse 19, because that which may be known of God is manifest in them, in him, in us. We have that conscience. Beloved brothers and sisters and dear friends, we have the conscience that tells us we need God no wonder a time people create for themselves idols and gods instead of turning to the living God to the one who loved us and gave himself for us the Lord Yeshua Jesus the Messiah amazing when you really think about these verses and finally sinning even with all that knowledge that he has.

Why? Because we have a sin nature. Cannot fix it, cannot erase it, cannot improve it, cannot make it better. The only way is the need to turn with confession to God and say, God, be merciful. To me a sinner and beloved brothers and sisters and dear friend the Lord will receive the one that is turning unto him in repentance and so here we are we finish Romans chapter 1 the whole chapter and specifically for verses 18 to verse 32 doing in these verses he presents before the Romans the sin of the pagan Gentile world to show us that all have sinned and they are guilty before God as we will turn to the second chapter there are two more groups that Paul will present before the Roman believers in you and i those who think that because they seek to leave a moral life that they are pretty good and that they're okay.

Maybe they haven't lived like the other ones. They have been pretty, they have a good family. They are pretty decent. We might say they're educated. Paul will show that they also have been guilty before God. And then in the second half of chapter 2 into chapter 3 a little bit. People and in our case the religious Jewish people who will think that because we have the law we have the Torah we have the Scripture and therefore we are okay and even then the Apostle Paul will show that even the religious Jewish individual is also guilty before God and that all the pagan the moralist and the religious person all are guilty before God for all have sinned and come short of the glory of God.

May the Lord bless his word and encourage us all. May the Lord touch our hearts and show us that we need the Mashiach, the Messiah, the Savior, the Lord Yeshua, the Lord Jesus, the Messiah, who loved us and gave himself for us. Giving among men whereby we must be saved. You shall call his name Yeshua, for he shall save his people from their sins.
