Privacy notice.

What we collect. When you give, subscribe, or write to us, we collect what you provide: your name, email address, mailing address, and the records of your gifts. Listening to the teaching requires no account and no personal information.

Why we collect it. Gift records are kept to issue your donation receipts and to meet the record-keeping obligations of a registered Canadian charity. Your email is used for the receipts and correspondence you request, and — only with your consent — for the newsletter and reminders you choose. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link.

Payments. Card payments are handled by a secure third-party payment processor. Your card number is never stored on our servers.

What we never do. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not share it with anyone except the service providers needed to operate the ministry (such as our payment processor), and only for that purpose.

Cookies & measurement. The site uses the cookies needed for signed-in accounts to work. We may also use Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how the teaching is being found and to measure our Google Ad Grants advertising — never to build advertising profiles, and never to sell data. You can block analytics cookies in your browser without losing any part of the site.

Your information, your rights. You may ask at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to remove what we are not legally required to keep. Write to us at the address below.
