Okay. Shalom, everyone. Please turn with me to the book of Jude. We call him in Hebrew Yehuda, Judah, and that is the last message today on the book of Jude. This will be the final message by the grace of God as we are dealing with the last verses of the letter that Judah wrote to first century Hebrew Christians, Hebrew believers in the Messiah, warning them about the danger that existed for them because of the certain men that crept in unawares and began to teach teaching that were not in accordance with the word of God. And so turn with me to this book of Jude. And I'm reading from verse 17 today.

And from verse 17 on to the end of the book, the end of the letter, are very encouraging verses for us as believers. And notice what he is telling them. But beloved, remember ye, the words which are spoken or which were spoken before of the apostles of our Lord Yeshua, the Messiah, how that they told you there should be mockers in the last times who should walk after their own ungodly lusts. These be they who separate themselves sensual, having not the spirit, but ye beloved, building up yourselves in the most holy faith, praying in the Holy Spirit, keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Yeshua, the Messiah, unto eternal life.

And of some have compassion, making a difference, and others save with fear, pulling them out of the fire, hating even the garments spotted by the flesh. Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory, with exceeding joy, to the only wise God, our Savior, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and forever. Amen. These are the concluding words that Judah, Yehuda, Jude, was writing to the early first century believers. If you remember, brothers and sisters, when he was writing this letter, his intention in the beginning was really not to deal with this subject, which he dealt with, this danger and the awakening, a call to be alert, that we have mentioned in the beginning as we begin our study of the book of Jude.

He is intended to write about the common salvation, which they, those Hebrew believers, and he, this Jude, Judah, had, and he wanted to encourage them about this common salvation, which we all have. But apparently the Holy Spirit of God have shifted the message. Instead of talking only about the common salvation, the Holy Spirit of God began to tell him, Jude, we don't read what he told him, but the Spirit of God was directing Jude to write a message of warning to believers. He to write a message of warning because, as we have began with in verse 4, because there were certain men who crept in unawares that were ordained themselves because of their unbelief and their rejection of the word of God.

They ordained themselves unto condemnation. And those certain men already crept in, in the beginning of the church. And so there was a danger, because false teaching had been crept in, and these men would come and undermine the people of God, undermine the teaching that they were instructed from the beginning. And so Jude, Judah, Yehudah said, I want you to realize that you should earnestly contend for the faith, this body of truth, which was once and for all had been delivered unto the saints. And so he gave them that warning. And then if you remember, we talked about who were those men that he warned them against.

Those were people, as he told us in the verses from verse 8 to verse 16, there were people or individuals who went in the way of Cain, who were greedily going after the error of Bilaam, and whose reward will be perished in the gainsaying of Korach. These men were just like Cain, who knew the truth and rejected the truth, number one, who were just like Bilaam, who were following after their self-gratification and not after the things of God, and eventually were so envious of Moses and Aaron, they will perish by the gainsaying that they have had, like Korach with his gainsaying. These were men and individuals who were really not interested in the things of God, in the things of Yeshua HaMashiach.

And you know, it happened then, as I said before, it is going on today, and it will continue to go on until the Lord will take us to be with him in glory. So what do we do? What do the believers have to do in a situation like that? Because we are what you call in a danger zone. When God will have a work, the enemy is having his own work and trying to hurt and to harm the ministry and the work of the Lord Jesus, the Messiah, the Lord Yeshua HaMashiach. So the writer Judah, Jude, does not end the letter without words of encouragement and counsel to them and to us.

And what he does here in the last verses, verses 17 to the end, he tells those brethren. He says, you need to be different. You and I telling us as believers, we need to be different, not to allow these influences to creep into our lives. But he does it by giving us the tools. You can't build a building without tools. Any carpenter knows that. Any mechanic knows that, that you can't build and fix a car without the tools. You are not left alone to try to build a house without the tools, without the material for the building. And it's the same thing with any other, any occupation, anything that we do, we need the tools because we cannot do it on our own.

And Jude, Judah, gives them here four things that will help the believers for instruction to continue not to be swayed by the influence of these men that crept in. And I would like to say this for us also. You know, we live in a world that is very quickly drawing us away, away from the things of God. I don't have to tell you this, you know that. We are thankful for being here on Saturdays on our meetings together and our Bible studies. But you go outside the door and everything around us pulls us away from the things of God. Everything around us, in the world around us.

Satan and his influence shooting the darts at the believer, seeking to cause us to go away from the Lord. And even worse than all is this old nature, the sinful nature that we have. That always says, I will do my way. I will do my agenda. God, I do not want to submit to you. I want to do my thing. Jude, very graciously, very nice. Jude, he helps us, give us counsel on how are we going to succeed? How are we going to succeed to be different? How are we going to be strengthened to continue this challenge that we have, the path that God had placed us in, with all the opposition that is existing around us?

And so, thank God, he gives us four points to look into, so it will help us in how to do that. The first point that he does, he wants us to remember God's Word. He wants us, verses 17, 18, and 19, he wants the Hebrew believers of the first century, when he was writing to them, not to neglect and to forget the Word of God. The Word of God, which we have in our hands, the written Word of God, the Bible, the Tanach in Hebrew, the Brit HaChadashan that we have in our hands, it's God's Word. God's Word. God has given us this Word. And he has given us the Word of God so we can get some instruction on how to live our lives as believers.

And so, look what he does. First of all, in verse 17, he tells us, "But, beloved, remember ye the words which were spoken before of the apostles of our Lord Jesus, Yeshua HaMashiach." "Remember," he says to them, "Look how he started with." He says, "Listen," he says, "Beloved." Notice again, I mentioned earlier before, that he called them beloved, because he loved them. Jude, Judah, he loved his brethren. He loved them so much that he called them three times in this little short letter. In verse 3, "Beloved." Verse 17, "Beloved." Verse 20, "Beloved." "What does it mean beloved?" "I love you." "I love you, brothers and sisters," he's saying to them.

"But, beloved," he says, "Remember ye the words which were spoken unto you of the apostles of our Lord Jesus, the Messiah." He says, "Remember." He says, "Remember," and when you notice, when he says, "Remember ye the words which were spoken before of the apostles of our Lord Jesus, the Messiah," basically what he's saying, "Listen, remember the instruction that you have received from God's word." When we read today, in the book of Joshua, in chapter 1, it is not only that the New Testament believers have been exhorted to remember the word of God. In fact, God said this to his people, Israel. "Again and again, men shall not live by bread alone," Deuteronomy.

He said it to Joshua, God said to Joshua, "Yoshua," in chapter 1 and verse 5, which had been read to us earlier, "This book of the law shall not depart from your mouth, and you shall meditate therein day and night." Why do we have the Bible? Because the Bible is God's word. Through God's word, we get instruction to live a life as a believer, as a Christian, as a Messiah follower in our Lord Jesus, the Messiah. We have it in the scripture. And the scripture, the word of God, is the solid foundation which we have, and we can stand upon the word of God, because it is yea and amen in Christ Jesus, in the Messiah.

And he gave us the word, he gave us the scriptures. You remember what we read, what the apostles have said already many years ago to Timothy, he says, "Study, to make yourself approve unto God, to show yourself approve unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth." Brothers and sisters, you have to admit it, and I as well, that one of the things that we have a problem with is to meditate upon the word of God, to read the scriptures. It is not only for the Christians in the present day, it has been always in the whole history of God's dealing with men, that God always wanted his people to read his word, and to learn from his word, and to listen to his word.

This is extremely important for all the people of God, is to meditate upon the word of God. And so the scripture is instructing us here, he is saying to the early believers, he says, "Remember, beloved, remember the words which were spoken before of the apostles of our Lord Yeshua the Messiah." And you know, notice that he used the word of the apostles. Why he is using the word of the apostles is because the apostles were already giving instructions to first century believers. Instructions to help them to know of the events that were going to come, of problems that are going to occur. And so he is telling them, "Beloved, remember the words which were written unto you by the apostles." You know, not everyone is an apostle, we only had a few apostles.

I remember years ago when somebody invited me to a meeting, and he says, "Listen, we call the Apostolic Church." He says, "I want you to come to see the apostle." And you discover very quickly, you know from scripture, that apostles were men that have seen the Lord, that have been with the Lord, and have witnessed the resurrection. So there could only be a few apostles that we have them in the scripture, that we have them in the book of Acts. We learn of them in Acts chapter 1. There are only those apostles, but the apostles had an authority that was given to them by God, by the Lord Jesus the Messiah.

They were sent one by the Lord. And he says, "Remember," he says, "The words of the apostles which were spoken unto you, the apostles of our Lord Yeshua HaMashiach." The word apostle is one that had been sent, had been sent with a message. We all have been sent with a message, but there were only those specific individuals that we can call them shlichim in Hebrew apostles. And so he tells them, "Remember the words that the apostles have been writing to you, the apostles of our Lord Jesus the Messiah." Now, what did they write, by the way? What these apostles wrote, he tells them what the apostles said.

What did they say? Look what they said in verse 18. "How they told you that there should mock us. How that they told you there should be mockers in the last times who should walk after their own ungodly lusts." Already then, the apostles were giving them warnings. Warnings that they were giving the first century believers that some would come, and you notice he used the word mockers. They would mock God's word. They would mock the things of God. Those mockers will come, and will rise up, and they will walk after their own ungodly lusts. They will not walk after the Lord, but they will walk after their own ungodly lusts.

He's saying to them. You see, not only that we are to listen to the word of God through the apostles' writings, but we should also know what they wrote. It was Peter who wrote in the second epistle. And by the way, how do we know that Jude, Judah, was also writing to first century Hebrew believers? It's because when Judah wrote his words, his letter is built upon the writings of the apostle Peter, who was writing to first century Hebrew believers. What did Peter wrote? Peter wrote in 2 Peter chapter 3 and verse 3 says, "Know this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts.

And they will say, where is the promise of his coming? For since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation. For this they willingly are ignorant of that by the word of God, the heavens of old, and the earth standing out of the water and in the water, whereby the world that then was, being overflowed with water, perished. But the heavens and the earth which are now, by the same word, are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men." You see, Peter was already telling them and warning them, "Listen, there will be mockers, there will be scoffers who will come in the last days." Now, you and I might say, "We live in the last days." Because we are living already 2,000 years later after the foundation of the church, when the church had begun.

And yet the apostles were giving those warnings already in the beginning time, already in the beginning of the foundation of the church, of the ecclesia. And so, he tells them, "Number one, beloved, remember the word of God through the apostles." "Number two, what did the apostles write?" "They gave them warning." "There will be those who will come in a time such as this." "And there will be scoffers, there will be mockers in the last time, who should walk after their own ungodly lusts." And then we find out that those that he is speaking about are actually not believers. They are not Christians. They are not Messiah followers.

They are not really believers because it says in verse 19, "These be they who separate themselves sensual, having not the Spirit." They don't have the Holy Spirit of God. They were professors, but they were not really true Bible believers, true saved individuals. They were not really belonging to the Lord. And you know, the Bible teaches us very clearly that if any man have not the Spirit of the Messiah, he does not belong to Him. And that's why everyone better be sure that we are not merely occupying a pew or a chair, but that we are really belonging to the Lord. And to be belonging to the Lord, one must confess his or her sins and say, "Lord Jesus, Lord Yeshua, I need forgiveness of sins.

I need you to be my Lord and my Savior." It is so sad in the professing church in which we find ourselves today. There are many who attend meetings, sing in a choir, participate in all kinds of activities, but never made Yeshua the Messiah their Lord and their Savior. What a sad state that is upon a person who is in such a condition. That's what Yehudah is saying to the brethren to whom he wrote. Verse 17, 18, 19, remember God's word. Brothers and sisters, let us read God's word. Let us make sure that we don't neglect to open the scripture and read it. It's food for the soul.

It is encouragement. It has a cleansing effect upon our lives. Because we get dirty as we are here in this world. We get so quickly dirty. But when the word of God is being opened, it does leave an impact upon our lives. We need to read the word. In fact, we need to speak the word to each other. To encourage ourselves in the things of the Lord as we read the word of God. "This book of the law shall not depart from your mouth," God said to Joshua. "And you shall meditate therein day and night." May the Lord help us with this thing. But he doesn't stop here.

Look what he does in the next thing. In verses 20 and 21, he gives them additional tools to help them to continue on and to be strong, to face the enemy who seek to hinder them through those men who crept in. Look what he's saying to them in verse 20 and 21. "Have an ongoing personal relationship with God." You know, it's just like a marriage. A marriage when a husband and wife, when they are united together in marriage, in order to enjoy that marriage. One needs to have a continuing personal relationship. Fellowship. Time together. A good relationship. A healthy relationship. Communicating with each other. That is very important. And not only in marriage.

It is important among the brothers and sisters. If we are to have a healthy company of believers, if we are to have a healthy fellowship, we need to have a good communication. We need to have an ongoing personal relationship with each other. But here, he tells them, one must have an ongoing personal relationship with the Lord. Listen. God did not only save us in order that we get the ticket to go to heaven. Praise the Lord for that. But he also left us here. So we will have communion with him. Fellowship. Fellowship with him. And so he tells them in verse 20 and 21. But ye beloved, he says, building up yourselves in the most holy faith.

Praying in the Holy Spirit. Keep yourselves in the love of God. Looking for the mercy of our Lord Yeshua HaMashiach unto eternal life. You notice he does here. He gives them four things to do in connection with the keeping on. Having ongoing personal relationship with the Lord. An ongoing personal relationship with the Lord. First of all, he says, listen. Building up yourself in your most holy faith. What does that mean to build up myself in a most holy faith? Building is like adding one upon the other. Continue on building. He doesn't talk now about others. He doesn't say build up others right now. He says, first of all, you build yourself up in a most holy faith.

In other words, work out with an exercise of heart with a relationship with the Lord. Have a good, healthy relationship with the Lord Jesus the Messiah. It is the most holy faith. It is a faith, not only, again, with not only faith in believing in God. But it is the faith in this most holy faith which God have entrusted unto us. Building up yourself. It is a constant and on continuing and building up yourself by reading the word of God as we have already been speaking about. Meditating on the word of God. Feed yourself so you can feed others. Make sure that you get something from the Lord so you can give to others.

You know, this is essential in ministry. It is essential as we serve the Lord. Is to get something in so we can be satisfied. And we can be encouraged and strengthened so we can give others to be encouraged as well. We must take care of ourselves in our classes yesterday. In our morning class. We have been talking about, we are in the book of Romans in chapter 12. And after the Lord said, after Paul said, I beseech you brethren by the mercies of God that you present your bodies a living sacrifice. You remember what he said in the next verses. In verse 13. He was telling the brethren at Rome.

He was telling them this and he was really dealing with their personal relationship with God. He was telling them in chapter 12, verse 3. He said to them, I say that through the grace that is given unto me to every man that is among you. Not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think. But to think soberly according as God has dealt to every man a measure of faith. And we were saying, listen, first of all, think of yourself in a proper attitude. And have yourself fed by God as God will encourage you and strengthen you. And have a proper outlook about yourself and about God.

First of all, look at yourself and get some food and encouragement for yourself. Building up yourselves in this most holy faith. Once you take care of yourself. You'll be able to help others, to minister to others. That people who are starving around us. People who are discouraged around us. People with their face to the ground. Who are believers. Who are children of God. And they are so discouraged. And God wants that we will first of all of us, of course. Them included. Will build on ourselves in a most holy faith. How do we do that? We get up in the morning. We enjoy a nice breakfast.

Physical food. What about the spiritual food? Do we read the Bible and get some food for our souls? Are we occupied with Yeshua the Messiah. And the price that he paid for us. When he died for us on the tree. Notice what he does. Not only that. He immediately saying to them in the next part of this verse. Verse 20. Praying in the Holy Spirit. If there is anything that we have a problem with. Is to spend time with the Lord in prayer. And you know that and I know that. Never mind praying in the Holy Spirit. But we have a problem with simply taking the time and saying Lord.

I am going to give you these 5, 10, 15, 20 minutes. To sit quietly before you. And talk to you. Tell you my needs. Confess before you my sins. Ask you for guidance. I have a problem. I have an issue to deal with. I have a situation in my life that I can't handle. Lord help me. And you notice he says praying in the Holy Spirit. What does that mean? Praying in the Holy Spirit. Means praying with the Spirit of God guiding us. Leading us in our prayer. Or how he desires to lead us in prayer. You know that we read in Romans chapter 8. We read these verses that the apostle already written to the early Romans.

He says to them about the Spirit of God. He is saying to them that you know they have the Holy Spirit of God indwelling them. By the way the whole 8th chapter of the book of Romans dealing with the Holy Spirit. It is the Holy Spirit. It is the Holy Spirit. It is the Holy Spirit who lead us. And guide us. And instruct us. And so he says here. In verse Roman 8 verse 14. He says. For as many as are led of the Spirit of God. They are the sons of God. For you have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear. But you have received the spirit of adoption.

Whereby we cry. Abba. Our Abba. Our Father. The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirits. That we are the children of God. In verse 26. He is saying. Of Romans chapter 8. He says. Likewise the Spirit helps our infirmities. For we know not what we should pray. For as we ought to. He said. But the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us. With groaning which cannot be uttered. What the Lord wants us. What Judah. Jude says to the believers. He says. Listen. Building up yourself. In this faith. In this most holy faith. Praying in the Holy Spirit. Praying in the Holy Spirit is not gibberish. It is praying in accordance with the Spirit of God.

Leading us. As we speak with the Lord. The Lord knows very well. The language that you speak. He knows Hebrew. He knows English. He knows Russian. He knows Spanish. He knows every language that is upon the face of this world. And even if at a time. You and I cannot even say anything. The Spirit of God can take the thoughts. And He shape it. And He present it. Before Yeshua. The Messiah. The Messiah. That's the beauty. Of this. Praying in the Holy Spirit. Guidance. Under the guidance. And the influence. Of Ruach HaKodesh. And that is so precious. Listen. He is saying to them. Building up yourself.

In your most holy faith. Praying in the Holy Spirit. He is saying. Secondly. When He is talking about. To have an ongoing personal relationship with the Lord. He continues now in verse 21. And He is saying to them. And He says. Here is the third thing He is saying there. He says. Keep yourselves in the love of God. Now what does He mean here. When He says. Keep yourselves in the love of God. Many times. Brethren are looking at this way. They say. Look. God gives us the sun. And we can either. Enjoy the sun. And be under the ray of the sun. And enjoy the heat and the light.

That God is providing for us. Or we may. Go out of it. Come into a building. Or put an umbrella. And put ourselves away. From the beam. The rays of the sun. That God is providing for all men. When it's come to the things. To the love of God. He wants us to keep ourselves. In the love of God. Meaning. That we are to stay. In a. With a desire of our hearts. Into obeying the word of God. That the love of God. Which is already been extended towards us. That that same love. We can enjoy it. With a relationship. With our blessed Lord Jesus.

The Messiah. Keep yourself. In the love of God. In other words. It's not only merely saying. Well God love me. God love me. But do I. Seek to obey. The Lord Jesus. The Messiah. Keeping ourselves. In the enjoyment. Of the love of God. Means that I am. To submit. To God. And to. Have this enjoyment. Of the love of God. Experience. In my life. As I live. For him. Here. In this world. The necessity. Of obedience. To the word of God. The Lord Yeshua said. In John chapter 15. Let me read this verse. Look what. The Lord said to the disciples. When they were. Around him.

John 15. Verses 9. And 10. He said these words. Verse 9 and 10. "As the Father has loved me. So have I loved you. Continue in my love. If ye keep my commandment. Ye shall abide in my love. Even as I have kept my Father's commandment. And abide in his love." You know why sometimes. We don't enjoy the love of God. Not that it's not there. It's always there. But we don't enjoy the love of God. Because we. Have disobeyed the Lord. And have gone astray. Have gone out of his presence. And not enjoyed. The love of God. Disobedience. Often time. A result in discipline. And God will discipline us.

In order to restore us. Back to himself. But we feel. That if. As if God left us. And he doesn't love us. The truth of the matter. Brothers and sisters. That God never stopped to love us. John 3:16. God loved the world. Ephesians chapter 5. The Messiah loved the assembly. Jeremiah chapter 31. I have loved you Israel. With an everlasting love. God's love. Never diminish for a moment. But the question is. Do we keep ourselves. In that love. Do we obey the word of God. Are we at least. Desire to obey. And ask him to help us. To obey him. As we live here. In this world. Keep yourselves.

In the love. Of God. And you notice. By the way. There is a responsibility here. He says. Keep yourself. This is something. That we need to do. We need to do this. I mean. He does his part. He already have done his part. He loved us. He gave his son. The Messiah for us. God. But here is the. You. Us. We. Are to keep. Ourself. In the love of God. In other words. To have. A state. A spiritual state. That we can enjoy. The love of God. And all the love of God. Is amazing. When we obey him. And we are in his presence. And we submit to him.

The love of God. You feel it. You experience. The approval of the Lord. You know. That he is satisfied. And happy. With our life. And you know. The Lord Jesus. Has been the great example. He obeyed the father. From the time. That he was born. Until the time. That he gave. Up the spirit. He obeyed the father. And the father. Opened heaven. And said. This is my beloved son. In whom. I am well pleased. And now. Here is another one here. We are talking about. Now. Have an ongoing. Personal relationship. With God. Number one. Is read God's word. Number two. Pray in the spirit. Number three.

Obey God's word. Number four. Be in constant. Expectation. Expectation. Of the coming. Of the Lord. You see what he says. In verse 21. B. He says. Looking for the mercy. Of our Lord. Yeshua. The Messiah. Unto eternal life. You know. He is coming soon. He is coming. Very very soon. To have a hope. Of the coming. Of the Lord. What will happen. What will happen. When he is going to come. You know. What will happen. All your trials. All our trials. Are going to be over. All the suffering. And experiences. That we go here. In this world. Are going to be over. We are going to be with him.

He is going to be the object. Of our life. We are going to be. Surrounding him. As a company. As the church. The ecclesia. We are going to be around him. And with him. Worshipping him. And praising him. Is that the hope. That you and I have. Is that the hope. That we have. Looking. He says. Looking. For the mercy. You know. That will be the mercy. Of our Lord. Yeshua. The Messiah. What is his mercy. That he is going to come. And take us. Out of this scene. All the trials. That we go through. All the problems. And the friction. And the sadness. And the sorrow.

That existing here. When he is going to come. It is all going to change. We are going to be with him. And we are going to be like him. And we are going to glorify him. And enjoy him. And so. Here Jude. You see. He does not leave them alone. Those brethren. He gave them. An alert. He told them. What these men. That crept in. Are going to do. But he does not leave them alone. He says. Listen. Here is guidance. How are you going to be able. To stand. In a time such as this. Number one. God's word. Remember. Number two. Have an ongoing.

Personal relationship. With the Lord. Yeshua. The Messiah. Don't say. I am saved. And I am going to go to heaven. No. It is a day by day exercise. That we all. Have to go through. As we wait. For the coming of the Lord. Now here is the third thing. That he gives them now. And that is very important. Also. In verses. In verses 22. And 23. Of Jude. He tells them. The third thing. What is the third thing. Is to have a godly. Discernment. Towards people. Around us. How do we treat people. How do we deal with people. Around us. So God saved us. He brought us to himself.

And now he left us here. In this world. In this world. And he wants us. To be wise. And discerning people. And when we are walking. Among others. Around us. To have a sensitive. Heart. A discerning spirit. Towards others. Around us. How do we treat others. He tells us two things here. Verse 22. To have compassion. Upon some. Verse 23. To help others. And pulling them out. Of danger. Look what he tells them here. Verse 22. He tells them. And of some. Have compassion. Make a difference. Have compassion. Of some individuals. Don't be insensitive. To individuals. Around you. Have compassion. Upon people. In this verse. He's telling them.

Verse 22. Making a difference. You know. We need to know. How to deal with people. It is so said. When we. Don't have a discernment. A godly discernment. And carelessness. In how we deal with people. You know. Some people. You just give them. A word of encouragement. Just a word. And you lift them up. Other people. This is not sufficient. You need something more. To build them up. To encourage them. You need. To know. How to live. And how to communicate. With people. Those of us. Who have children. Know very well. That we have children. And every child. Of ours. Is a different makeup. He responds.

Or she responds. Different. To their parents. Or to people around them. We can see that. From youth. From little baby. Now here. Jude. Yehuda says. Listen. Be discerned. Towards others. Have compassion. Make it different. Have compassion. And the word. Have compassion. Remind me. Of the necessity. To have compassion. That the Lord. Had compassion. Towards us. You know. The compassion. That the Lord. Had towards us. When we came to him. And he saw us. You know. We read in scripture. That he saw. People. As sheep. Going astray. And he had. Compassion. On the multitude. You know. The compassion. Is so important. Sensitivity. To people. Having a heart.

That is tender. Not to be. Hard. Hearted. Would you like. The Lord. Treat you. Like you treat others. Would I like. The Lord. Treating me. Like sometime. I think. Or I treat others. I wouldn't. If the Lord. Will treat us. The way. We treat others. He will discipline us. In such a harsh way. Because we deserve that. But the Lord. Had compassion. He saw us. In our need. He made. A different. When he talked to you. And he. Brought before you. Shared with you. His word. And he. Showed his love. Towards you. He had compassion. On you. He had compassion. On us. And how. Brothers and sisters.

We need compassion. Towards other. Brothers and sisters. And other believers. And other people. Around us. Make a difference. Be discerning. Don't treat everyone. Like a. Like a cookie cutter. Make sure. That you deal. With every person. In accordance. With. His or her need. The Lord Jesus. Is that meek. And gentle one. You remember. He said. Come unto me. All you that labor. And are heavy laden. And I will give you. Rest. Take my yoke upon you. Learn of me. For I am meek. And lowly. In heart. Make a difference. Have compassion. Then he says. In verse 23. He says. Not only this. In verse 23. He says.

Help others. Pulling them out of danger. Verse 23. And of others. Save with fear. Pulling them out of the fire. Hating even the garment. Spotted by the flesh. You see. Others. Might need to be pulled out. Of this danger. And I am sure. He is speaking here. About those. That either. Have been influenced. By those. Men. That crept in. And they were in danger. And how do we. Save them with fear. Some people. Need a real. Stern warning. The fear. Is godly fear. Is to. Cause them. To fear. From the danger. Of god's discipline. And some of us. Need that. I remember. A brother saying. That you know.

God was speaking to me. About my sins. And the need of salvation. That whatever others. Came to me. And spoke to me about. Never helped me. Until one day. I was driving on a highway. And somehow. My car. Have left the road. And my car. Turned over. I thought. I'm losing. I'm dying. I thought. I'm. I'm living this scene. And I saw. The necessity. Of making things right. With God. Because there's a danger. In a moment. A person can leave this scene. In a moment. And the fear. That God had placed upon him. Drove him. To accept. Yeshua. The Messiah. Sometimes the Lord has to do that.

To his people. In order to drive them. To his people. Or to the world. The people around us. Who are unsaved. The Lord sometimes. Have to speak. In a harsh way. Don't listen to the words. Don't listen to the counsel. Don't listen to your parents. Don't listen to your friend. God will have to deal. With you. One way or another. He's going to deal with men. And he also of course. Deals with his people. With us as well. Of course. It doesn't have anything. To do with our salvation. Because our salvation. Is secure. Because of what Yeshua. The Messiah. Have done for us. But. What about the discipline.

That we need. As children. Sometimes God. Will place. A situation. In our life. To cause us. To fear. So we'll be driven. Back to himself. Recognizing. That we have. Turn away. From the things. Of the Lord. And so. We. You see. The believers. The brethren. To whom Yehuda. Was writing to. They needed. To know. How to come back. Themself. As they are. Surrounded. And being. Exposed. If you will. Being. People have been. Creeping in. Into their midst. And they need to know. How to. Stand strong. Number one. They are to remember. The word of God. Number two. They are to have. An ongoing. Personal life.

With the Lord. Number three. Is to have. A godly. Discernment. So they will know. How to deal. With people. And then finally. He's closing. That. Letter. And he tells them. The last. Two verses. Is to have. Him. Meaning. Yeshua. Be the object. Of their hearts. Having him. Him. The one that deserves. Everything. The one that has. Done everything. For us. To have him. As the object. Of our hearts. Look what he's telling them. In the last two verses. Of this letter. He says. Now unto him. That is able. The word him. Is. It's for the Lord. It's for Yeshua. And to Yeshua. That is able.

To keep you. From falling. And to present you. Faultless. Before the presence. Of his glory. With exceeding. Joy. To the only wise. God. Our Savior. Be glowing. And majesty. Dominion. And power. Both now. And ever. Amen. And see what he's saying. He says. Look. With all. What is going on around. With all. The danger. That existing. Around. If you have Yeshua. The Messiah. The Lord Jesus. The Messiah. As the object. Of your heart. He's able. To keep. You. From falling. From stumbling. He's able. To keep you. You know that. That. That word. To keep. You remember. That. We read it actually. Twice. In this passage.

In verse 21. He says. Keep yourself. In the love of God. In verse. 24. He says. He. Is the one. That is. Able. To keep you. From falling. These are two sides. The responsibility. That we have. Is. Is to keep. Ourselves. Under the. Sunshine. Of God's. Love. By obeying. His word. But. You know what. He's also able. To keep us. From falling. He's able. To keep us. From falling. And he's able. To present. Us. Before God. Blameless. I often like. To read. This psalm. That we read. In the. In the book of psalm. The psalm. It's a song. That Israel. Have been singing. As they were. Walking.

And marching. Towards the city. Of Jerusalem. Psalm. 121. And the psalm. Says this. I will lift up. Mine eyes. Unto the hills. From whence cometh. My help. The psalmist. Is saying. My help cometh. From the Lord. Which maketh. Heaven and earth. He will not. Suffer. Thy foot. To be moved. He. That keepeth. Thee. Will not slumber. Behold. He. That keepeth. Israel. Shall neither slumber. Nor sleep. The Lord. Is your keeper. The Lord. Is your shade. Upon. Thy right hand. The sun. Shall not. Smite thee. By day. The Lord. Shall. Keep thee. From all evil. He shall. Keep. Your soul. The Lord. Shall. Keep. Your going out.

And your coming in. From this time. Forth. And forever. More. Sixth time. The psalmist. Used the word. Yishmercha. In the Hebrew. In the book of Psalm. 121. He that keepeth. Israel. Shall neither slumber. Nor sleep. God has a purpose. For his people. Israel. He kept them. And he keeps them. And he will preserve them. One day. For a future day. When he will restore. Israel. But now. Jude is speaking. About the believers. Us. Every person. Who have accepted. Yeshua. The Messiah. But to him. That is able. To keep you. From falling. He's able. He's able. We sing sometimes. He's able. He's able. I know. He's able.

I know. My Lord. Is able. To carry. Me. Through. That's what our pastor Paul. Said as well. And to him. That is able. To keep you. From falling. Jude is saying. And to present you faultless. Before the present. Of his glory. With exceeding. Joy. When the Lord. Yeshua. Is going. To present. Us. The body. Of Messiah. Before. Himself. And before. The father. He wants. To present. Us. With joy. For the joy. That was set. Before him. He endured. The cross. He despised. The shame. And he sat down. On the right. Hand. Of the majesty. Of high. And so. The last verse says. Now. The only wise God.

God. Our savior. By the way. That word. God. Our savior. This is the. That's. That's. That's. That's. God. Our savior. It's. Not enough. To know him. As a savior. It's. Not enough. To say. That he is. The savior. He must. Be. Our savior. That's what. Jude is emphasizing. He's not only. As savior. And the savior. But he's. Our savior. Our. Yeshua. The word. Here for. Yeshua. Even the name of Yeshua. Is right here. The word for savior. In the Hebrew. Is Yeshua. It's the name of Yeshua. The Messiah. The only. Wise. God. And our savior. To him. Be glory. And majesty. And dominion. And power.

Now. And forever. Amen. To him. Be dominion. And glory. And majesty. And power. Now. But also. For eternity. For eternity. And that's the thought. That the apostle. That I should say. The writer. Jude. Is seeking. To communicate. With. The early. First century. Believers. And so. Brothers and sisters. Let me sum it up. In. In these couple of words. Here. Jude. Was writing. To early. Hebrew. Christians. To tell them. About. The danger. That has existed. Men. Crept in. Unawares. They were teaching. False things. They were influencing. The believers. And they were in danger. Who are these men. What they. What they. The evidence. In their lives.

In verses. In verses 8. To verse 16. And now. He closed. With this. How are. The believers. To know. To deal. With this situation. They are. They need. To be different. They need. To be strong. And they can do so. As they remember. The word of God. As they have. An ongoing. Personal relationship. Of Yeshua. As they have. A godly. Discernment. And as they have. Yeshua. The Messiah. As the center. And the focus. Of their lives. May the Lord. Help us. In some small measure. To do. These things. That Judah. Had given. To the disciples. Can we say. Amen for that. Amen. Thank you.
