Okay. Shalom, everyone. I'd like you please to turn in your Bibles to the book of Acts today. We are going to read the first 13 verses of Acts chapter 2. And we are going to look into, for the moments that we have together today, about the beginning, the start, the forming of the assembly or the church of the Lord Jesus, the Messiah. I think this chapter is very important for us today to understand how it all began. You see, when we look around in our own little group here and in many local churches, local assemblies, and around the world in the body of Messiah, the body of Christ, we see so many believers that come from many countries.

Some of them come from the land of Israel, from the city of Jerusalem. Some of them coming from Sudan. Some of them coming from Belarus. Some of them coming from United States and Canada and Europe, France and England and so on. And Hungary, Romania and so on. And so many individuals that came to faith in Yeshua the Messiah have come from many, many countries in this world. And yet it is amazing to understand that even though we are coming from many nations around the world, each and every one of us belong to a company that is called the body of Christ, the body of Messiah.

Every one of us that have accepted Yeshua the Messiah are part and parcel of the company that is known today, the Ekklesia in Greek, the Kehillah in Hebrew, the called out ones in English. We are part of a company that have been called out from among many nations in this world. But it is so beautiful to understand, and especially for us who are working specifically among the Jewish people, among the nation of Israel, it is so important for us to understand where it all began. How it is all started. And I would like to read today the first 13 verses in Acts chapter 2, and we're going to take it from there.

We'll see what the Lord is going to help us to learn from these verses, this ministry meeting. Verse 1 we read, When the day of Pentecost, that's Greek 50, the Hebrew is Shavuot, means weeks. When the days of Shavuot, or the day of Pentecost, was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place, and suddenly there came a sound from heaven, as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting. And there appeared unto them clover tongues, or parted tongues, like as of fire. And it sat upon each of them, and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit.

And they began to speak with other tongues, the Greek word glossa, or other languages, as the Spirit gave them utterance. And they were dwelling in Yerushalayim, in Jerusalem, Jewish people, devout men, out of every nation under heaven. Now, when this was noised abroad, the multitude came together, and were confounded, because every man heard them speak in his own dialect, or his own language, his own dialectos in the Greek. And they were all amazed, and they marveled, and they say one to another, Behold, are not all these which speak Galileans? And how hear we every man in our own dialect, wherein we were born? Parthians, and Medes, Elamites, and the dwellers of Mesopotamia, and in Judea, and Cappadocia, and in Pontus, and Asia, Pergeia, Pampylia, in Egypt, and in the parts of Libya, and Cyrene, and strangers of Rome, Jews, and proselytes, Cretes, and Arabians.

We do hear them speak our tongue, or in our language, the wonderful works of God. And they were all amazed, and they were in doubt, and they said one to another, What does this mean? And others, they were mocking, and they said, These men are full of new wine. I stop here. Beautiful passage here that we have in Acts chapter 2, that really teaches us, really the theme, of this subject, that we are speaking about today, is really the coming, of the Holy Spirit of God, to form, the church, or the assembly, of the Lord Yeshua, Jesus, the Messiah. It all began, right here, in Acts chapter 2, and verse 1.

But I am reminded, of a verse, that is found, in Matthew chapter 16, where Yeshua, the Messiah, was with his disciples, if you remember, and he, there, he asked, the disciples, he asked them, in chapter 16, and verse 13, he says to them, Whom do men say, that I, the Son of Man, am? He asked them, this simple question, What do people say, about me? Who do they say, that I am? And then of course, if you remember, some of them said, you are, Yohanan Amatbil, John the baptizer. Others said, that he is Eliyahu, Eliyahu Hanavi, Elijah. Others said, that he is Yirmiyahu, or Jeremiah. And others said, that he was one of the prophets.

But he asked them, and he said to them, but whom do you, speaking to the disciples, whom do you say, that I, the Son of Man, am? And then, Shimon Petros, Simon Peter, answered, and he said to him, you are, the Messiah, the Son of the Living God. And when Peter said, Shimon Petros, said to Yeshua, you are the Messiah, the Son of the Living God, you notice what he said to him? He said, Peter, he said, blessed art thou, Simon Bar-Yonah, for flesh and blood, reveal it not unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven, he said. And he said, I am saying unto you, Simon, he said, that thou art Peter, and upon this rock, I will build my assembly, my church, my ecclesia, my called out ones.

Peter, he said to Petros, he says, you are Peter, and upon this rock, upon your confession, that I am the Messiah, the Son of the Living God, I will build my church, my assembly. You notice, he didn't say, I am building, he didn't say, I have built, but he says, I will build my assembly, my church, my kehila. In other words, he was saying to the disciples, that is coming a day, when he is going to build, a kehila, an assembly, a church, it's not a building, it's not a structure, it's a called out individuals, that will be called out, from the many nations, of this world.

They will be called out, from among the nation, of Israel, and they will be called out, from among the nations, of the world, and God, by the spirit of God, will be forming, a body, which is called, the body of Messiah. A composition, of a Jew, and a Gentile, united together, with the head, the Messiah Yeshua himself, in glory. The body of Messiah, the church, of the Lord Jesus, the Messiah. Well here it is, beloved brothers and sisters, it is here, in Acts chapter 2, that we learn, from the word of God, the beginning, the foundation, the start, of this, which we call today, the church, the assembly, the body of Messiah.

It all began, right here, in the city, of Yerushalayim, with the first few, Jewish believers, who have come, to know Yeshua, as their Messiah, as their Lord, as their Savior, and they understood, a little bit, at that time, later on, they understood more, about this, body of Messiah, this new thing, that will, that will, begin, forming, uniting together, believers, Jewish, and non-Jewish, in the body, of Messiah. And so, we learn, these truths, of the start, of the beginning, of what is known today, the assembly. Now, you remember, when we started chapter 1, that after Yeshua, the Messiah, died, after He was buried, He rose, from among the dead.

And if you remember, we read, in Acts chapter 1, and verse 3, that for 40 days, He taught, the disciples. So, can you imagine, He died, on the cross, on the Roman cross, He was buried, in the tomb, and then He, rose on the third day, and for 40 days, He ministered, to the disciples. He didn't go yet, to heaven, but for 40 days, He was teaching them, it says in verse 3, of Acts chapter 1, and He began, He says, for 40 days, He was speaking, the things pertaining, to the kingdom of God. He was teaching, His disciples. He was speaking to them. He was talking about, the coming kingdom, in a future day, but He was also, showing to them, that soon, the Holy Spirit of God, will come.

And the promise, of the Father, will come. And He, the Father, will give you, the Holy Spirit of God, and He will form, what is known, to be, the church of Yeshua, the Messiah, the body, of the Messiah. So for 40 days, He ministered, and He shared, with the disciples. We read it in, in this, Acts chapter 1, and verse 3. But also, we wanted to notice, here, in these verses, that after He was taken to heaven, He told them to go to the city of Jerusalem, the city of Jerusalem, and there in the city of Jerusalem, to wait for the promise of the Father. And if you remember, He said in verse 4, but wait for the promise of the Father, which saith the Father, ye have heard of me.

And He says to them, that He is going to give to you, the Holy Spirit of God. Verse 5 said, John truly baptized you with water, but ye shall be baptized, with the Holy Spirit, not many days hence. So 40 days have passed by, Yeshua was taken out to heaven, to glory, the Jewish believers went to the city of Jerusalem, and there they were waiting, until the Holy Spirit of God would come. And guess what, brothers and sisters, you know how long it took, from the time that Yeshua was taken to heaven, to the time that the Spirit of God came to earth? Only 10 days. 10 days between the ascension of the Messiah, and the descent of the Holy Spirit of God.

The ascension of Yeshua, and the descent of Ruach HaKodesh, the Holy Spirit of God. 10 days passed by. You know how do we know that? Look, it says in chapter 2, where we began with our reading today, it says, when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord, in one place. You notice that the New Testament was written in the Greek language, and the Greek for the word Pentecost, it simply means 50, or 50th day. Where do you get this number 50 from, is exactly from the passage that we just read earlier, in our reading of the Scripture, in Leviticus chapter 23. And why it is important to understand, because in Leviticus chapter 23, God had given Israel, the nation, seven feasts.

And every one of these feasts is depicting, is presenting before the nation of Israel, the Messiah in his work, and the relationship that Israel had with this blessed Messiah, coming Redeemer. And if you remember, Passover spoke of his death. The unleavened bread spoke of his purity. The first fruit spoke of his resurrection. And this four feasts, which is called the Feast of Weeks, or the Feast of Pentecost, is simply meaning the Feast of, the time where Israel would bring their harvest to the Lord, in Thanksgiving. And it's not the time right now, to look back to Leviticus chapter 23, but when we read it, I don't know if you took a note of this, when Israel was presenting before God, in the Feast of Weeks, in the Feast of Pentecost, when they were presenting all the, what they have gleaned, the earlier gleaning, in the earlier spring season, they would bring before the Lord two wave loaves.

And those two wave loaves are to be waved before the Lord. But it is interesting, that it is the only time in Scripture, when a presentation before the Lord, of some offering, this time God said to Israel, that in these two loaves, you must have leaven inside. You read it in the text, of Leviticus chapter 23, and you will see that. They were supposed to put leaven in these loaves, and leaven represents sin. Leaven represents sin, and what we learn from this, that in the Feast of Shavuot, there is a presentation before God, of the two companies, that even though they are redeemed, there are those that still have sin in them.

this is the Jewish nation, this is the Jewish nation, or the Jewish people, and the Gentile people, who are being waved before the Lord. And this leavening side, represented, even though, they have been forgiven, and united in a Messiah, they still have the sin in them. Of course, they were to offer other sacrifices, that spoke about the perfection, the sinlessness of the Lord Jesus, the Messiah. But the two wave loaves, is a representation of Jewish people, and Gentiles, united in the body, of the Lord Jesus, the Messiah. So, it happened to be, on the feast that is called Pentecost. It happened to be on the feast, that is called Shavuot, the Feast of Weeks.

And so you see the disciples. When the day of Pentecost was come, we see that the early Jewish believers, in Yeshua the Messiah, waited for the coming of the Holy Spirit of God, to form the body of Christ, the body of Messiah. So you see, it says, they were all with one accord, in one place. If you read earlier, in chapter 1 and verse 15, there were only 120 people. I'm thinking, when I was thinking about this, reading 120 people, we say, where are the rest of the people? Where they were, those that have been fed, by Yeshua the Messiah? Remember, a multitude, have been fed by Him. You remember, in some place, we read in Matthew, that 5,000 men alone, have been fed by Him.

And if you read the whole history, of Yeshua, and His ministry, here on earth, you can see, that so many people, have been blessed, by His provision. The blind receive His sight, the lame could walk, the deaf could heal. But we read, that there were only, about 120 people, in Acts chapter 1, and verse 15, that were in the upper room, waiting for the coming, of the Holy Spirit of God. But they were waiting. And they were obeying, the Lord Jesus, waiting there, until the Spirit of God, will come, to unite them, to form them, into one body, to put them together, and to, not only to fill them, but to baptize them, to put them under, and to place them into, that which is called, the body of the Messiah.

So they were waiting, for the coming, of the Holy Spirit of God. Now let me remind you here, brothers and sisters, that even though, they were already believers, even though, we read earlier, that He breathed unto them, the Holy Spirit of God, they never received, the Holy Spirit of God, the way they were going, to receive it. Now, at the coming of the Spirit of God, upon the face of this earth, to form the body, of the Messiah. A new thing, was going to begin. Something fresh, is going to be, brought into light. And so we find out, that they were waiting. They were waiting there, in the Feast of Shavuot, in obedience, to the word of Yeshua, the Messiah.

Waiting, and this new beginning, speak of the origination, or the first beginning, of the building, of the church, of the assembly, of Yeshua, the Messiah. So, they were waiting, in verse 1, but now notice, what happened, in verse 2, 3, and 4. In verses 2, 3, and 4, we have the coming, down, of the Holy Spirit of God, to fill them, with the Spirit, and to baptize them, or to put them together, into one company, called the body of Messiah. Look, it says here, in verse 2, and suddenly, they came, sound from heaven, as of a rushing, mighty wind, and it filled, the house, where they were dwelling, they were sitting, and there appeared, unto them, a clove and tongues, like as of fire, and it set, upon each of them, and they were filled, notice this word, they were filled, with the Holy Spirit, with Ruach HaKodesh, and they began, to speak, with other tongue, other glossa, other languages, as the Spirit, gave them, utterance.

Now those two, three verses, shows us something, also spectacular, something new, something fresh. In our Bible class, just recently, we were talking about, the Old Testament saints, the nation of Israel, that many, who the Spirit of God, came to use them, for a certain ministry. If you remember, we find many times, that there was a ministry, of the Holy Spirit, in the history, of the nation of Israel. The Holy Spirit of God, took part in creation, Genesis chapter 1, verses 1 and 2. The Holy Spirit of God, came upon King Saul, for ministry, came upon King David, for ministry. The Holy Spirit of God, came upon Gideon, in Judges chapter 6, for ministry.

But he came, and he has gone. He came for special ministry, for special service, and he has gone. But never before, the Spirit of God, indwelt, every individual believer. And never to leave, that individual, never to depart, from this individual. It's right here, in the book of Acts. That's where we find out, the beginning, of the Spirit of God, not only coming upon, a believer, but indwelling, a believer. Never to depart, from a child, of God. So, if the Holy Spirit of God, going to come down, to this world, if the Holy Spirit of God, the first time, is coming to this earth, to form the body of Messiah, there are certain, things that are evident.

There was something to hear, there was something to see, and there was something to say. You can see, in these three verses, that there are, some things, that they have heard. And there are some things, that they have seen. And there are some things, that they have said, and spoken. Verse 2 says, Suddenly, it says, there came a sound, from heaven, as of a rushing, mighty wind. And it filled, all the house, where they were sitting. Here we see the thing, that they have heard. They have heard a sound. You know, we see the effects, of the wind, but we never see the wind. The same word, for the Holy Spirit, or the Spirit in the Hebrew, is the same word, for wind in the Hebrew.

Ruach, and Ruach. The wind we don't see. But the consequence, or the result, or the effect, that is left, from the movement, of the wind, we can see. Well, what happened here, they didn't see, the Spirit coming, but what did they see? What did they hear? They heard a sound, that came. It says that suddenly, there came a sound, it came from heaven. And as of a rushing, mighty wind, and it filled, all the house, where they were sitting. This house, must have experienced, such a sound, when the Holy Spirit of God, came to the house, it may have been, next door to the temple, maybe even portion, of the temple, at that time.

We read here, about the upper room, in the earlier chapter. But nevertheless, brothers and sisters, the Holy Spirit of God came. And the Holy Spirit of God came, there was a sound, that it says here, like a mighty, rushing wind, and it filled, all the house, when they were dwelling. The Holy Spirit of God, was descending, and coming down, to this world, to form, the body of Messiah. Secondly, we read, in the next verse, not only that, what they have heard, but look what they have seen. It says in verse 3, and they appeared unto them, cloven tongues. In the Greek, that word for cloven tongues, is parted tongue.

It says cloven tongues. It's like as of fire, and it's set upon each of them. In other words, the way that the Spirit of God, revealed himself, at that particular time, when he came down on earth, it's like a flame of fire, that is parted in the middle, and it was resting, upon each and every one of them. It was a special, revelation from God, that had been given, at that present time, for this unique experience, of the coming, of the Holy Spirit of God, to form the body of Messiah. So, they have heard, verse 2, they have seen, in verse 3, and here's the 13, and they have spoken, in verse 4.

it says, and they were all filled, with the Holy Spirit, and they began, to speak, in other tongues, as the Spirit, gave them utterance. You notice, how many times, the word, the Spirit, is mentioned here, in these verses. It's mentioned, that in verse 4, it's mentioned, that the Holy Spirit, they were filled, with the Holy Spirit. And then it says, that the Spirit, gave them utterance, to speak. And you notice, that it says here, that they spoke, with other tongues. Now let's be clear, brothers, and sisters. The Greek word here, for tongue, is glossa. It's a simple word, it can apply, actually to the member, of the body, that we have, that is tongue, which the Lord, had given us, to speak with.

Or it can refer, to a language, simply, a known, and recognized, language, that God, enabled, these early believers, to speak. They never, gone to school, for that. They never, took a course, for that. They never, had to go, through some sort, of time, in Bible school, for that. It was a gift, that was given, for that moment, to reveal, to the nation, of Israel, that a new era, has begun. So, we see, how, that the Holy Spirit, of God, the noise, that they have heard, the cloven tongues, that's a fire, that they have seen, and the language, that they began, to speak. What really happened here, brothers and sisters, is that, here the Holy Spirit, of God, formed, them together, and put them together, into one body.

One goof, as we say in Hebrew. One body, united, together, belonged to Yeshua. He is the head, in heaven, they are the body, here on earth. And as we read, in 1 Corinthians, chapter 12, and verse 13, that by one spirit, we all, have been baptized, or put into, the body of Messiah, the body of Christ. The same way, they have been placed, into the body of Messiah, you and I, today, have been placed, into the body of Messiah, the body of Christ. It is the Holy Spirit, of God, that worked in our lives, and in our hearts, after we have accepted, the Lord Jesus, the Messiah, as our Lord and Savior, He placed us, into that body.

There is no need, of repetition, of what happened, in Acts chapter 2, because it is one time, that happened, in the city of Jerusalem, but automatically, when you and I, accepting Yeshua, the Messiah, He placed us, into this body. We are members, of this body. Yeshua, Jesus is the head, He is our Lord, He is our head. We are members, of this body. Composition of Jews, and Gentiles, in the body, of Messiah. By the way, in this case, they were totally Jewish. All of the people, that were here, were Jewish, Israelis, Hebrews, who have accepted, the Messiah. There were some proselytes, who came from elsewhere, but they believed, in the God, of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.

But now, He began something, that is totally different, and new. Now, every person, that accepts Yeshua, the Messiah, does not need, to come, into the nation, of Israel, like Rahab did, like Ruth did, like many others did, but they are automatically, wherever they are located, they are part, of the body, of Yeshua, the Messiah. And this is beautiful. You remember, that when Rahab, accepted the God, of Israel, she said, we have heard, about the God, your God, we have heard about Him, and what He has done, to the nations, and she believed, in the God of Israel. And she entered, into the house of Israel, by accepting, the God of Israel.

You remember Ruth, the Moabitish woman, she said to Naomi, your people, are my people. Your God, is my God. Where you go, I will go, where you buried, there will I be buried also. But she had to enter, to become like a proselyte, enter into, the nation of Israel, and to become part, of the nation of Israel, accepting the God of Israel. But beloved, listen, this is very precious here. It is of course, the same God of Israel, it's not a different God, but forming, the body of Christ, the body of Messiah, is a new beginning, is a new thing, that just started here. And now, every believer in the world today, including Sudan, including Jerusalem, including Toronto, including every nation, in this world, Canada, America, every believer in Yeshua, the Messiah, become part, of the body, of the Messiah.

The difference between, this body, and the nation of Israel, that the church, is a heavenly company. Israel, as a nation, is an earthly company. The church, was chosen, in the Messiah, before the foundation, of the world, Ephesians chapter 1. Israel, was chosen, by God, from the foundation, of the world. Yeshua said it, in Matthew chapter 25. So here, they were all filled, they were baptized, into that one body. And now, there is the beginning, of the new entity, called, the assembly, the church, the ecclesia. And so, beloved brothers and sisters, we find out, that the Spirit of God, came, and He, baptized, those individual believers, and filled them, and united them, into one body.

And so, they heard, they saw, and they spoke. Now, when they spoke, notice what they spoke. You notice that, in the next verses, we see, now, the Holy Spirit of God, not only, that He baptized them, and united them, into one body. Now, in these last verses here, verses 5 to 13, the Spirit of God, was speaking, and, through the believers, glorifying, or speaking, of the greatness, of the works, of God. And look at this, in this beautiful thing, it says here, in verse 5, they were dwelling, in Jerusalem, Jews, now again, why Jews? Why Jewish? Because Jerusalem, is the home, of the Jewish nation. Jerusalem, is the place, where the Jewish people, were called, to three times a year, to come, the mailman, to come, to celebrate, those feasts, they had to be there.

In the feast of Passover, in the feast of Pentecost, in the feast of Tabernacles, they had to come. And so here, we find out, there were Jews there, devout men, out of every nation, under heaven. They came, to the city, of Jerusalem, to celebrate, the feast of Shavuot, the feast of Pentecost, the feast of 50th. Then it says, when this was noise abroad, verse 6, the multitude, came together, and they were confounded, because that every man, heard them speak, in his own dialect. This time, the word here, is dialectos, in the Greek. It's not glossa, in verse 6, it's dialectos. You see, the multitudes that came. Now, by the way, how these multitudes, have heard about, what's happened?

That's why, some suggest, that the house, that we read about, in the verse 2, of this chapter, may very well be, connected with the, temple, with the Bet HaMikdash, where the temple was, and there were, a multitude there. And when they have heard, this sound, that filled this house, they gathered, and they came, forward. And they wanted to know, what is that? She says, what is going on here? You see what it says, in verse 6, it says, because every man, heard them, speak in their own dialect. In other words, they heard, the early, Jewish believers, in Jesus, the Messiah, speaking, and glorifying God, in various languages.

Now, let me tell you, it was not gibberish. It was not, something, that they could not understand. It was clearly, a language, that was given, to these people, to be able to speak, so the rest of those, Jewish people, who were gathered, that could listen, to what they were telling them, about the great, greatness, and works of God. And so they heard. And they said, how come? He said, what's going on? They were confounded, because every man, heard, them speak, in his own dialect. Now, somebody asked the question, what is the miracle here? Is the miracle, is in the speaking, or the miracle, is in the hearing?

You notice, not only, that they have spoke, in all kind of languages, and we can see, we can hear about, these languages, in a moment, but they also heard, the others, heard it, in their own dialect. The miracle here, is that the Holy Spirit of God, descended, formed the body of Messiah here, and the Spirit of God, used those believers, to minister, to share, or to praise God, in languages, that they have never, never, learned before. On the other hand, the multitude, the unbelieving multitude, who were still there, they have heard, the proclamation, of the greatness of God, in their very own, language, and dialect.

I think it's very precious. You know, when I heard, for the first time, about Jesus the Messiah, in my Hebrew, mother's tongue, he did so good, to my soul. I remember that, because I've heard, of Christians speaking, their own language, you know, they say cross, and Christ, and Jesus, and crucified, and this language, was very foreign, to me. But when I heard, somebody say, Mashiach, and Yeshua, and presenting, the message, of the gospel, in my mother's tongue, in my Hebrew tongue, it really, left an impression, upon me. and I'm sure, brothers and sisters, all of us here, that come from various countries, when you hear, the message, of the gospel, or in this case, when you hear, the praises of God, in your own language, in your own dialect, it does something, because God, in his grace, provided now, the languages, of all the nations, of the world, that the message, of the love of God, and the grace of God, can be proclaimed, in every language, upon the face, of this earth.

What a contrast, by the way, with what happened, in Genesis chapter 11, in the tower, of Babel. Genesis chapter 11, you remember there, God confounded, their language, that they would not be able, to understand each other. And you know why? Because there, in the tower, of Babel, the people there, sought to have name, for themselves. They set aside God, and they wanted to, get to heaven, with their own merit. And God says, no, I'm going to judge you. And he gave them, different languages, not to unite them, but to divide them. But what happened here, brothers and sisters? The many languages, that were given here, is not to divide them, but to unite them.

What a beautiful truth, we learn here, in Acts chapter 2. And so, this is so precious, because they've heard them, speaking in their own dialect, and they were all amazed, and verse 7, and they marveled, and they sent one to another. She said, look, are not all these, that speak Galileans? See, apparently, the people, who came, to the city of Jerusalem, to wait, for the promise, of the Father, remember, most of the disciples, were from Galilee, from the north of Israel.

They were Galilean, they were coming, from the north of Israel, they came down, to the city of Jerusalem, and they were waiting, for the Spirit of God, to put them, into that one body, and they were waiting, for him to come, but they were Galilean, and by the way, the Galilean, were not known, to be eloquent, the Galilean, were not known, to be those, that were spiritually, in a sense, as if they know the word, and so on, they were Galilean, they were in the north, you remember, what we read, about, even about Yeshua, can any good thing, come out of Nazareth, Nazareth, was in the north of Israel, the Galilean, were not looked upon,

in a positive way, and they looked at them, and they saw, and they heard them speaking, in their own tongue, and they asked, are not those Galileans, and then they said, in verse 8, how'd we hear, every man, in our own dialectos, in the Greek, where we were born, I was born in this place, and he was born in that place, and she was born in that city, and everyone that was born, and they could hear, the presentation, of the works of God, in their own dialect, not only language, but even, in their languages, there are various dialects, my mother, used to watch television, in Jerusalem, and she used to watch, many of the Arabic,

speaking, movies, many years ago, and I remember, she used to tell me, all the time, that she really loved, the Arabic, of the Egyptian, because of the way, that they were speaking, there was more melody, to the language, there were other Arabic, various dialects, of Arabic language, but she loved, that one particular, the Egyptian type, of Arabic, because of the dialect, because of the way, it had been expressing, it's almost like, music, in the speaking, and it is amazing, that everyone, could hear, the message, concerning the works, of God, in their very, own dialect, and so it gives us here, beloved brothers, and sisters, in verses, 9, 10, and 11, the first part, of verse

11, it gives us a list, of the languages, and the dialect, it says here, Parthians, and Medes, and Elamites, dwellers of Mesopotamia, Cappadocia, Pontius, Asia, Pyrgia, Pampylia, Egypt, oh, Egypt is here as well, Libya, Sirene, Rome, Jews, and Proselytes, Crete, and Arabian, there were, Crete, and Arabian, all these languages, that we have there, Jewish people, who gather, from all the nations, of the world, to celebrate, the Feast of Pentecost, the Feast of Shavuot, and those, that were proselytes, who believed, in the God of Israel, came into this, area, to the city of Jerusalem, to celebrate, the Feast of Shavuot, and they were privileged, to hear, the message, concerning, the works of God, in their own

dialect, and so beloved, listen, at the end of this, verses 12 and 13, we find out, that the people, that the people, that heard, the message, here, what did they hear?

They hear about, the wondrous, works of God, or the wonderful, works of God, see those, early, church saints, and now, they became, really part, of what is known, as the assembly, the church, united together, do you know, what they did?

this first ministry, or first time, that they have heard, that the Spirit of God, came and united them, into that one body, they were speaking, and letting everybody, know, the wonderful, works, of God, they may have told, everybody, about the promises, of God, that the Messiah, will come, about the promises, of God, that have been fulfilled, they have been, speaking about Yeshua, Jesus, the Lord, the Messiah, who came, about his love, and his grace, about his willingness, to go to the cross, to die, for the sin, of this world, about the greatness, and the promises, that we have, through him, they were praising God, they were speaking, in these, all these dialects, the wonderful, works,

that God, have done, they were not, speaking about themselves, they were not saying, look at me, I know to speak, this language, they not say, oh look at me, I am able, to speak in many, kind of things, look what I am doing, no, they were not, occupied with themselves, they were occupied, with God, with the Messiah, the Lord Jesus, with the greatness, of his person, and the things, that he has done, that's what they were, occupied with, that's what they were, mentioning, all around the city, there, everybody heard, those who came, especially, from the surrounding area, and they were, listening, to the wonderful, works, of God, well, whenever you're, going to speak about, Yeshua

the Messiah, whenever you're, going to say, some things about God, to any place, anybody in this world, you will have, always, more than one group, there were those, that were, very happy to hear, and there are others, who think, that you are strange, you see, it says here, in verse 12, they were all amazed, and they went down, and they said, one to another, what does that mean, what does that mean, we never seen that before, and they were wondering, they were amazed, at what happened there, and they were puzzled, and perhaps, God began, to touch their hearts, and to begin, to plow, their conscience, to show them, that Yeshua, truly is the Messiah, later

on, we'll find out, that 3,000 people, came to faith, but then, there were others, and look at the others, in verse 13, they were mocking, they were saying, these people are drunk, these people are full, of new wine, they were drunk, what do they do, look at them, they are drunk, they are full, of new wine, well, the Bible tells us, that we are not, to be drunk, with wine, Ephesians chapter 5, but that we are, to be filled, with the Holy Spirit, and you see, they were not, drunk with wine, but they were filled, with the Holy Spirit, of God, but the estimation, of the unbelievers, who are mocking, the believers, were wrong, were

down, 100% wrong, because these men, and women, who began, the body of Messiah, the church, of the living God, the first, early Jewish believers, they were full, of the Holy Spirit, of God, and they glorified God, they praised, the Messiah, Yeshua, and they presented, the wonderful, works, of God, you and I, today, when we're presenting, the gospel, and I'm sure, that our brother, presenting the message, in his country, there are people, who say, what are you telling us, we don't want to hear, about this Jesus, this Yeshua, but there are those, brothers and sisters, that have accepted him, and embraced him, and recognized, the price, that Jesus, the Messiah, paid for them, they fall in

love, with him, and they bow to him, and says, Lord, I want you, to be the Lord, of my life, I want to invite you, into my life, I want to accept you, as my Messiah, my Lord, my Savior, and everyone, that accepted Yeshua, become part, of the assembly, of the church, of the Lord Jesus, the Messiah, and here we are today, some Jewish, some none, every one of us, that believe, in Yeshua the Messiah, is part, of this assembly, of this church, of this called, out one, and how privileged, you and I, are to be part, of this body, can you say, amen to that?
